I was born in Hobart and have spent much of my life here, so I know Tasmania well.

I began taking black & white landscape photographs of Tasmania in my early 20’s, developing them in a darkroom.  I had several gallery exhibitions at the Chameleon and Long Galleries and was featured in 40 degrees South magazine.

With a realisation that this was what I wanted to do I went to Melbourne and studied a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Photography)  at RMIT University.  Experiencing all facets of commercial photography, I returned to Hobart and began to focus on wedding photography.

As a member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography I have won awards including 2011 runner up Tasmanian Wedding Photographer of the Year.

My relaxed and non-intrusive personality suits my reportage style wedding photography.  My role as your wedding photographer is to record the unpredictable moments that occur throughout your day, capturing you, your family, and friends in the most natural, honest and meaningful way possible.
